HAPPY NEW YEAR!
It’s been a great year as we’ve entered into a better season for Real Estate. That means we’ve done more Title Attorney work and closings, more refinances and less short sale and foreclosure work(though were here for anyone who needs a short sale or foreclosure attorney)
We’ve seen a positive shift in Real Estate sales and values in West Palm Beach. We’re excited to see what the final number for 2015 will produce. Keep your eyes out for those numbers as we head into 2016.
Along with the the increase in sales Closings and Title Companies saw changes that even though they need some ironing out will ultimately make for better closings by better educating buyers and sellers.
